Complimentary UK delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Delivery timeframes
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 midnight (London time) begin processing on the next working day.
- Order processing: 3–5 working days to prepare, pack and hand your order to our courier.
- Transit: 7–14 working days for the courier to deliver to your door.
- Total expected time: 10–19 working days from checkout to delivery.
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by circumstances outside our control, such as severe weather or courier disruption. We monitor these closely and will keep you informed.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you your tracking details. Please allow 3–5 working days for tracking information to appear in the courier's system; updates can take several days to refresh while your parcel moves between hubs.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order; we cannot change an address once a parcel is in transit. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched.
Duties and taxes
There are no hidden delivery charges. In the unlikely event that you are asked to pay any tax or duty to release your parcel, please email us your receipt and we will reimburse you in full.
Delays and lost parcels
If your delivery has not arrived within 19 working days, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer.
