Who qualifies
A programme for genuine trade professionals
Zensori Trade is for UK businesses that specify lighting for clients or commercial spaces. So that you know where you stand before applying, here is what we look for.
You are likely to qualify if you are
- An interior designer or interior design studio
- An architect or architectural practice
- An interior stylist or home stager
- A developer, property finisher or refurbishment company
- A kitchen, bathroom or joinery studio specifying for clients
- Furnishing hospitality, retail or boutique commercial spaces
What we ask for
- An established UK-based business, trading under its own name
- A website, online portfolio or professional social media presence
- Purchases made for client projects or business premises, not for your own home
- Your company or VAT number, where you have one
- A short note on a current or upcoming project, if you can share one
Applications are reviewed personally and approved at our discretion. Trade terms are for professional use only and are not transferable. We may withdraw trade terms if an account is used for personal purchases or resale. Full details are in our Trade terms & conditions.

Apply for a trade account
All applications are reviewed personally. Once approved, we will email your personal trade code, your link and access to your partner dashboard, where you can follow orders and commission at any time.
Please have your business name, website or Instagram and, where available, your company or VAT number to hand. The application opens on our secure partner portal.
Questions
Is there a minimum spend?
No. Our trade terms apply from your first order, whether you are specifying a single pendant or lighting an entire home.
How do trade pricing and commission work together?
Your personal trade code works both ways: use it on your own orders, or give it to your client. Every order placed with it earns you commission. Trade terms cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes.
How is commission paid?
Commission is confirmed once our 30-day returns period has passed, and is paid monthly by bank transfer or PayPal. Your dashboard shows every order and payment.
Can I use my trade account for my own home?
Trade terms are for client projects and business premises. For personal purchases, our Referral Programme is the perfect fit.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. Delivery is free and tracked across the UK, usually within 3–4 weeks of your order. We are happy to deliver directly to site.
Can you supply bespoke drop lengths?
Yes, in many cases. Please contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible for your project.
I'm already part of the Referral Programme. Do I need to apply?
Yes, please apply separately. The Trade programme has its own terms designed for professionals, and we will move your account across once approved.
